Pipe beveling is the process where an angle is formed between the edge of the end of a pipe and a plane perpendicular to the surface. Beveling of pipe piling is most commonly used to prepare the ends for welding additional joints together to make a longer pile or for end plate or conical point attachment. Nucor Tubular Products is capable of off-line, end-finishing on our pipe piling sizes from 8.625”OD to 16”OD at any angle needed between 15° and 45°.
